My soundwalk took place in my home town environmental center. My girlfriend and I encountered many noises and many sounds. Mostly observing the different noises animals make, It was really cool. We arrived at the parking lot and headed east to the park and the first thing we encountered was a group of horses who had just got fed. Trailing on past a watchtower and past the deer shelter we came across a trash can with a particular sound to the top. Naturally we messed around with the sounds it could produce. As we walked we noticed all the animals were just fed so there was munching sounds all around. The most unique animals that made noise that day was none other then porcupines. We were able to capture two porcupines fighting over lettuce. Not knowing how to top that, we went back west and stumbled upon a moaning mountain lion that was really cool. following our trail back, we then embarked on a seperate part of the park to come across an old lumber saw. Played with for a while and then crossed the street to a pond to have some fun there. As we set out back to ur car of all the luck, we came across a stray cat that started to purr when we petted it. Please note, because we were not aloud to go out side the trails I decide my drift strategy the way I did. Thank you.
